📜 History
End of the Road was founded in 2006 as an alternative to mainstream festivals, focusing on carefully curated indie, folk, and alternative music. Held in the stunning Larmer Tree Gardens on the Dorset-Wiltshire border, the festival is set in a Victorian pleasure garden with ornate buildings and woodland clearings. With a capacity of just 13,000, it maintains an intimate atmosphere while booking some of the most respected artists in alternative music. The festival has hosted legendary performances from Bon Iver, The National, and Pixies, and has a reputation for booking artists on the cusp of breaking through. End of the Road is beloved by music fans for its thoughtful programming and beautiful setting.
